Climate & Nature
“The sun always shines in South Africa”! South Africa has no shortage of sunny days. Situated halfway between the Equator and the Antarctic makes for a temperate climate and mostly warm sunny days. Between November and March are summer months and the best time to visit the country, if it is warm weather one is after. It seldom gets really cold even during winter i.e. June to August. The best time to go on Safari is actually in wintertime.
South Africa is a country full of contrasts. Mountains, sea, savannah, desert and forests all work in harmony at this tip of the continent. Down in the Cape the 2 Oceans – Indian and Atlantic – meet and the mountains stretch down to the sea with white sandy beaches as its only divide.
In the north we find the wild animals of Africa. Elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, giraffe and zebra share the savannah according to nature’s laws. Go on a safari and visit the wild animals on their home turf. Unbeatable!
