Karin Hoole (Specialist guide)
Karin, a qualified Sommelier, brought her skills from Gothenburg (Sweden) when she moved to South Africa in 1998, to study South African wine and viticulture. Time flies when you’re having fun. Karin H finds herself married to a South African with three children and many years behind her with PROPEL AFRICA. Her vast knowledge and experience within the food and wine industry makes her an invaluable asset to the PROPEL AFRICA Team. She is often involved in the choice of wines and menus for our guests. Karin is a registered tour guide with South African Tourism and nowadays she spends most of the time working for Propel Africa out on the road. When she is not busy working she puts lots of time into charity work, mainly support to children out in the townships.
