Tasmin Kockott (Project Leader)
Tasmin is a South African with an honours degree in Fine Art. Her up beat personality and creative out look to life makes her a true asset to our team. She brings with her a wealth of catering and project leading experience gained from owning a restaurant and working in the film industry. Her practical DIY approach when faced with any challenges makes her dependable and unafraid to get her hands dirty. In her spare time she enjoys keeping her hand in painting and drawing. Her favourite past time will always be a good meal shared with close friends and a great bottle of wine (or two).
